CA Shyam Ji Gupta is a Managing Partner of S K M R & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi having 7 Branches PAN India. He is also a Founder of All India Institute of Professional Studies (AIIPS), a Graduate in Commerce and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also got 48th All India Rank in Intermediate Exam of Cost and Management Accountancy Course.

He is having vast experience of more than 10 Years in the field of Accountancy, Auditing, Taxation, Company Law and all other Revenue Laws applicable in India. His area of expertise is related to Charitable Trusts and Societies, Section 8 Companies, Micro Finance Companies, Co-operative Societies, NBFCs and Producer Companies etc.
